Welcome to the workshop

1.The work

First and foremost The Workshop is a space for making. It is the home of Lucky Signs as well as multiple other local artists. The Workshop is where we have the space and resources we need so that we can do what we love on a daily basis.

2. The shop

Secondly, we provide the Richmond community with a brick and mortar location for finding hand made quality items they can be proud to own or give. During our retail hours all are welcome to drop in and discover unique locally made items. Some have been made directly on site, some have travelled from other studios, but all are made in VIRGINIA. We also schedule monthly “Meet the Artists” events, an open house where you can ask all the questions you may have about what we make and how we make it.

So what do we have to offer?

got a minute?

Downtown Richmond! Find us just east of the Arts District between Broad St. and Grace Street. While you’re in the neighborhood, pay a visit to some of our great neighbors!
